The ACLU of Southern California filed fit Thursday opposite Glendale Unified administrators and 3 law coercion agencies, alleging that about 55 Latino high propagandize students were illegally detained, searched and interrogated in what a polite rights classification called “a text box of secular profiling.”
The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, alleges that a Hoover High School students were dull adult during lunch on Sept. 24, 2010, incarcerated for during slightest an hour in dual classrooms and intimidated and frisked by Glendale and Los Angeles military officers.
